We wanted to progress to a paperless office via the implementation of Leap Legal Software, so we called Brendan from RealHub.

As well as managing our email accounts, RealHub set up the technology for scanning direct onto the Leap software. This includes incoming and outgoing faxes which now are handled directly within Leap, avoiding the necessity of paper.

The process was extremely simple. Brendan from RealHub came in and demonstrated how to use the faxing and scanning software, which gave me the knowledge I needed to be able to train my staff in how to us it within the LEAP software. Plus, they don’t ramble on with all the IT jargon – they explain it in a language you can understand.

With RealHub, there’s always a solution. If ever we’ve got a problem, RealHub always knows how to fix it. IT suppliers we’ve used in the past are nowhere near as efficient as RealHub. Since partnering with them, it’s not so much of a drama for our business if something does go wrong. Our phone calls are always answered or returned promptly and we know any problem will be fixed efficiently.

We’re now on our way to becoming a paperless office - conveyancing is very paper labour intensive and we go through so much paper it’s not funny! By going paperless, we’ll not only save on costs for paper, we’ll save on costs for storage, as we won’t need to store hard copies for seven years. We’ll also save on time – using the Leap software you don’t have to print something off and walk it to the fax machine and fax it off, you just press a button on your computer and it does it all for you. It makes a huge difference to the business.

RealHub have helped us to get the most out of the Leap software. We now find we are more efficient and this gives us extra hours in the day to get work done. We would recommend RealHub to other businesses looking to implement the Leap software.
